Permitting – In today’s society permitting is a necessary complication for developers and land planners resulting from governmental control of real estate and jurisdictional land. These government regulations vary from minor subdivision ordinances, with little enforcement and somewhat flexible standards, to highly complex zoning ordinances with highly specific design guidelines and strict enforcement. As a land planning firm, Land Planning Studios is responsible for understanding and following these guidelines where they exist, and addressing these requirements in our design.
